Our history:

• 1986  Norseld was registered as a privately owned company.

• 1988  Norseld begins the development of the Copper Bromide Laser.

• 1989  Norseld attracts investment to complete the Copper Bromide Laser.

• 1989  the First copper bromide laser for medical applications is produced.

• 1990  Clinical trials show that the Copper Bromide Laser is a significant improvement on any other vascular laser treatment.

• 1993  the Copper Bromide Laser is  exported to the USA.

• 1995  Norseld achieves ISO9001 quality system.

• 1996  Norseld develops the world’s first Industrial Copper Bromide MOPA system.

• 1998  Asclepion Meditec (Germany) becomes the worldwide distributor for Norseld  laser products.

• 1999  CE certification achieved for the Norseld CuB-D10A and Yellowstar Copper Bromide Lasers.

• 2002  Norseld develops the latest and most advanced Copper based system, the D10B, with all solid state electronics.

• 2004  Distribution and sales to the USA and many countries in Asia and Europe.

• 2007  The latest Copper Bromide Laser model D10B is upgraded to a colour display and enhanced treatment options.

• 2007  The vascular nature of melasma is discovered opening more opportunities for the Norseld D10B Laser.
